Craig Handwerker has a Masters in Professional Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). He has been counseling individuals and families since 1996. With 20 years of counseling experience, he has seen and dealt with a multitude of counseling needs. His theoretical approach to counseling is eclectic, where he incorporates primarily cognitive-behavioral, solution- focused and psychodynamic approaches to counseling.
Craig’s goal and passion is to provide a safe, grace-filled environment for individuals and families to come and honestly process the goals, problems, hurts, dreams, struggles, and visions that they are wrestling with and seeking after. He desires to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere, where people of all faiths and belief systems can come and know that they will be listened to and respected. Craig shares that he is as passionate and enthusiastic today as he was 20 years ago about seeing lives transformed by truth.
When he is not counseling Craig enjoys the beach, fitness, eating healthy, reading, sports, movies, traveling, and just having a great time with family and friends.
